Esquared is an easy-to-use on-demand fitness app. The app works similar to Uber (depends on the same API), the app allows you to find individual math sessions and classes in your area, in real-time. Unlike annoying apps like ClassPass that try to lure you with free trials that connect you and threaten to charge you if you cancel (Classpass won’t appear in this article for the same reason), there are no obligations or subscription fees with Boxer. The app was founded by Eleni Plakitsi, a former City of London accountant and athlete IFBB & WBFF Figure Pro and award-winning Fame and WBFF Fitness Model. Its main objective is to help people to log in to gym/fitness classes in London and encourage more movement instead of endless excuses; The attraction is that there are no obligations. I really enjoyed using the app for the past few weeks, and there are some amazing clubs that have been out there. It’s great because it gives you the flexibility to try a variety of classrooms and studios instead of the same gym and organic feel.
Beachbody On Demand provides direct access to hundreds of great Beachbody exercises, as well as tools to offer you a holistic approach to health, helping you exceed your fitness goals. The app allows you to choose from hundreds of Beachbody exercises, from programs including 80 Day Obsession, 21 Day Fix, PiYo, Core de Force, Insanity, P90X, and 3 Week Yoga Retreat. There’s even plenty of custom meal plans, so you can cover your nutrition, too, and most of all, access Beachbody’s healthy cooking offering, Fixate. The app works on all platforms, including Amazon Fire, Roku, iPhone, iPad, Android, Apple TV, desktop, or laptop.
